Disability Matters is one of the most important Corporate events in the world. The conference features experts from corporations, academia, government and the national non-profit sector who share best practices relative to successfully embarking on helping to mainstream disability awareness into the marketplace and into the workforce.

Wini brings to the panel a wealth of knowledge regarding employment and disability law, and personal hands-on experience caring for a sibling with disabilities. Wini will be participating in a Specialty Session titled Experiential Learning. It is a 3-person panel in which they will discuss the accommodation of employees with disabilities in the workplace.
